Well here we are, you and me
Alone together, in perfect company
We ain’t too anxious to brave that winter storm
So the bed becomes our fortress till morn
 
I realize the sun has brought tomorrow
And heaven’s so near
She’s still sleeping, cradling that pillow
Voices down, there’s an angel resting here  

Adjectives don’t do her much justice,
They’re hardly a decent start
She’s my one, my only love, I know she’s
Right at the heart of my heart

Every day is a pleasant surprise
Powerful moments in subtle disguise
City brights become mood lights
As I stop her in her tracks and we lock eyes

Crazy is the way I feel
Crazy ‘bout her from first sight
I don’t know what brought her here, I don’t know why
But loving her is second nature, feels so right

I can’t explain the way that she moves me
Can’t imagine us apart
She’s my one, my only love, I know she’s
